Founder and Managing Director,
Nathan Emmerich
Nathan Emmerich is a strategic communications expert with more than 10 years’ experience advising CEOs, politicians and senior leaders to embed communication functions across their organisations.
He has a track-record of implementing communications strategies to political campaigns for purposeful initiatives, such as the Martyn’s Law campaign in May 2024, which helped to secure widespread media coverage, its inclusion in the Labour manifesto and the Bill’s subsequent introduction to parliament.
As an advisor to Figen Murray OBE, and a breadth of experience working on national security communications for the UK Home Office, Counter Terrorism Policing, Survivors Against Terror, and the Counter Extremism Project, Nathan brings a wealth of expertise in delivering crisis communications, incident response, and amplifying the reach of media campaigns.
Non-Exec Director,
Figen Murray OBE
Figen Murray OBE is a counter terrorism expert and the initiator and driving force behind the campaign to introduce counter terrorism legislation, known as Martyn’s Law.
Figen transformed her grief into a powerful movement for change. Her tireless campaigning has led to cross-party and widespread business and public support to introduce measures to better protect public venues from the potential impact of a terrorist attack.
Beyond her legislative efforts, Figen is active in educational initiatives, speaking to communities and organisations about counter-terrorism, resilience, and the human impact of such attacks. Her heartfelt advocacy continues to inspire change and underscores the importance of proactive measures to safeguard public spaces, turning a personal tragedy into a mission that benefits society as a whole.
